Huagui MS603 anti mold sealant is a single component moisture cured sealant based on MS modified silane, which can also be used as an adhesive and cured into an elastomer. Humidity and temperature are factors that affect the surface drying time and curing speed, and the thickness of the construction also affects the curing speed. Higher temperature and humidity will reduce surface drying time and increase curing speed; Lower temperatures and humidity are the opposite. This product does not contain solvents, isocyanates, or silicone resins, and has extremely low VOC emissions during the curing process.
