I offer a strategy for the revitalization of Baiju

Dear leaders and colleagues

Hello everyone, my name is Lang Qinbing and I am an ordinary foreign worker at Jiangsu Huaxi. It is my great honor to stand here today and share my humble opinions on the rural revitalization cause of Baiju. I hope it can serve as a catalyst for further development.

Taking government propaganda as the rudder - leading the course, attracting talents as the oar - boosting the voyage, extending industries as the sail - enhancing the power, promoting the "White Horse" ship, sailing straight ahead with the wind, to benefit the vast sea.

Promotion as the helm - leading the way: Modern society has entered the era of information explosion, where people can easily receive information but the quality varies. Timely, proactive, and positive publicity will provide strong support for the implementation of government policies. For us Baiju, publicity can be done in two ways: internally, through broadcasting, bulletin boards, and other forms, we can convey policies, incentive measures, and other content related to rural revitalization, so that villagers can feel the importance that the Party and government attach to rural revitalization, understand that through the rural revitalization strategy, they can make their wallets fuller, the village environment more beautiful, and the neighborhood's rural atmosphere more pure, retaining their "nostalgia". 2、 Our leading cadres should conduct in-depth research in rural areas, so that villagers can realize that rural revitalization is a real process, not just a document based revitalization. This will inspire villagers to be full of motivation, and the Eight Immortals will cross the sea, show their talents, and enthusiastically devote themselves to the cause of rural revitalization; Externally, through WeChat official account, Tiktok, Kwai short video and other media, we publicized Baiju's four major business cards: "Shigong's hometown" - we have deep cultural heritage, "Holy Land of Joining Teachers" - we have a glorious red heritage, "Hometown of Toys" - we have a thriving large-scale industry, "Haiyan Ancient Town" - we have a long history and civilization, and the content released can be not only Baiju's local customs, but also the true scenes of enterprises and scenic spots, so that the world can understand Baiju and let Baiju attract the world.

Talents as paddles - propelling departure: In recent years, new first tier cities have been implementing various preferential policies to actively attract talents, and "human resources are productivity" has become a consensus in the whole society. Excellent talents have a broader perspective to understand new things, a more divergent thinking to solve problems, and a more passionate attitude to meet challenges. For talents, we at Baiju can take a dual approach: internally, we can discover people with high quality and strong learning abilities, create opportunities for them to go abroad, visit more developed places, learn, broaden their ideas, and apply what they have learned. Externally, we can establish school township cooperation mechanisms with key universities in areas such as agriculture, culture and tourism, and talent cultivation. By utilizing the university's human and professional advantages, we can draw on the strengths of others and brainstorm. We can also formulate preferential policies, select high-quality projects, encourage college students to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship, and cultivate "leading geese" for rural revitalization.

Extending as a sail - Enhancing power: With the rapid development of the world economy and the trend of industrial integration, it is imperative to expand and strengthen the regional industrial chain in order to occupy a place in the increasingly fierce economic competition. The extension of the industrial chain can increase the economic added value of products, enhance the ability of industries to cope with market risks, drive the formation of regional industrial clusters, and expand employment. We, Baiju, can take "Water Margin City" and "Meeting Memorial Hall" as the main line, add artistic performances of the "Water Margin" series and "Red" culture, develop novel toys with themes such as "Water Margin" and "Meeting", build fruit and vegetable plantations with local characteristics, create an industrial cluster integrating sightseeing, entertainment, and picking, and achieve "promoting agriculture through tourism" and "promoting industry through tourism".

The road through the Xiongguan Pass is as solid as iron, and now we are stepping forward from scratch. Although the task of rural revitalization is arduous, we believe that the vast number of leading cadres in Baiju will uphold our original aspiration, keep in mind our mission, work hard, and create brilliance on the road of rural revitalization in Baiju.
