Addition organosilicon gel HG8800D

Product Introduction 

HG8800 and HG8800D addition silicone gel are components of organic transparent liquid, which can be vulcanized into gel like elastomer at a certain temperature after being evenly mixed in proportion.

Product Features

HG8800, HG8800D addition silicone gel has low viscosity before vulcanization, no low molecular weight release during vulcanization, small shrinkage, no corrosion, and the vulcanized gel has self-adhesive, self-healing, and non flowing properties. It is moisture-proof, resistant to atmospheric aging, resistant to mechanical impact and vibration, can be used for a long time at -50-200 ℃, and has stable electrical performance. HG8800D has greater penetration and better self-healing properties, and can be sealed with a telephone socket to protect the contacts from atmospheric erosion. HG8800 is mainly used for sealing electronic circuits and components, providing protection against moisture, shock, and insulation. This product is used for sensor encapsulation and nickel plated stainless steel with good adhesion.

Use

First, use alcohol or acetone to clean the sealed components and the surface of the mold cavity to remove oil stains and impurities. After the solvent volatilizes, mix components A and B at a ratio of 1:1 evenly. After vacuuming, the components can be sealed. If necessary, the components filled with rubber should be vacuumed again, and then put into the refrigerator. After 60-80 ℃, 20-50 min, they can be vulcanized into gel like objects. Room temperature vulcanization requires more than one day.

Usage restrictions

This product is strictly prohibited from coming into contact with compounds or organic salts containing phosphorus, sulfur, or nitrogen, in order to prevent incomplete or impossible sulfurization caused by catalyst poisoning.

The operating room environment must be clean, and the surface of the components to be sealed or coated must be clean.

Packaging, Storage, and Transportation
